Swing trading is the best way for the average person to learn how to trade.
For the average person, the goal of learning how to trade is to make more money, however most people never clarify how much money they want to make.
The biggest obstacle/handicap in terms of learning how to trade is time and effort.
Most people conceive that they can't learn how to trade because they have other commitments which are more pressing and by the time those commitments are handled they have neither the energy or willing to exert that energy into another endeavour which will get them out of the trap they find themselves in.
The hardest part of trading is actually learning how to trade. Not the trading itself.
Once an individual knows how to trade, he doesn't need to make it an endeavour which takes up 8 hours of his day everyday and in some cases this attitude may even be counter productive.
Most people have established a behaviour and energy pattern that when they finish with work they unwind with TV, social media or video sharing platforms like YouTube and on the weekends they do more of the same. But that's all it is, a pattern of behaviour.
Individuals create their own energy, set their own patterns.
The thing with patterns is that they can be hard to break once established but they can be broken/changed.
Most people before they can actually sit down and do the extra work need to recondition themselves so that they can actually change thier behaviours and over the long run change their energy patterns.
Unless this is done most peoples desires to learn how to trade will never transmut into action and that action will never transmute into anything meaningful.
It's obvious that commitments are important however it's an individuals unwillingness to handle them, take control and move forward with their goals and objectives which turns commitments into barriers.
The biggest misconception about any endeavour is that it'll take a herculean effort in order to achieve. They imagine that all this effort will need to be summoned all at once to achieve this goal.
That's simply not the case. Small changes to your daily routine overtime could have massively effects in the long term.
The caveat is that these changes need to be kept in over time and building towards something.
At the end of the day the biggest barrier for most people getting things done is the lack of initiative.
The reason people don't start things is a lack of initiative.
Swing trading makes it easier to take the learning process into bitesized chuncks. Learn the key concepts and apply them, which is more import than trade frequency in the beginning.
Trading is simple, but not easy, you do have the ability to make it easier though.
